I am a strategist, a policy designer
and a facilitator of transformative change.
I support organisations to
navigate complexity, co-create and turn ambitious strategies
into lasting change.
Most organisations and public institutions don't struggle because they lack ideas on how to solve complex challenges.
They struggle to bridge the gap between ambitious strategies and collaborative on-the-ground implementation. They struggle to build the organisational capabilities needed to turn ideas into systemic solutions that enhance our collective sense of belonging.
My work sits at the intersection of participatory policy design, institutionalising innovation, systems thinking and organisational development.
I help cities, international organisations and purpose-driven businesses create the conditions for co-creation, learning and lasting change.

What is my intention
Today’s challenges require stronger collaboration across silos, organisations and communities. We need to develop better bridges between policy, institutions and people, creating space to learn, experiment and design together.
I believe organisations create lasting impact when they build the capability to learn, collaborate and adapt. Whether through policy innovation, organisational transformation or programme design, I help cities and organisations understand complex challenges, align people, partners and ecosystems around a shared vision, and move from strategy to implementation.
There is no shortage of knowledge, methodologies or solutions. What teams often need is the right combination of approaches, adapted to their unique context and drawing on the diverse wisdom already within their ecosystem.
After all, lasting change is not the result of a single workshop, intervention or event. It happens when we build the collective capability to learn, co-create and mobilise together.
